Participating in SHARE is easy.

• Sandia staff: Go to Make Contribution - to set up your automated payroll deduction and distribution to the charities of your choice.  If you donated last year and wish to donate the same amount and have the same distribution this year, you may do so with the click of one easy-to-find button in the application.  If you do not wish to use this web-based application, you may use the 2009 SHARE Pledge Form.

• Contractors:  Employees that do not receive their pay directly from Sandia must use the 2009 SHARE Pledge Form to donate.  Go to 2009 SHARE Pledge Form to print out the form, or ask your department or center representative for a copy.  Fill it out and follow the directions on the form for submitting it.

For more information about many of the charities that are currently part of SHARE, you may go to the "Agencies" link on the left navigation.  If the charity you wish to support is not currently part of the program, you can simply add it to the list yourself in either the web-based application or on the paper pledge form.
