Intern Housing Connection provides a place for prospective and current interns at Sandia/California to find potential Sandia intern roommates and places to rent. Landlords can post rooms and/or houses to rent to our interns via this forum.

Housing arrangements and agreements are between each tenant and landlord. Sandia does not endorse or assume responsibility for any postings on this site. We make no recommendations about and assume no responsibility for housing arrangements. We do not prescreen landlords. We simply offer a venue through which landlords and renters can connect with one other. If we receive complaints about specific landlords from our interns, those landlords may lose the privilege of listing properties on this website.

Landlords have chosen to offer their homes, rooms, apartments, etc. to Sandia/California interns. Please respect their privacy and only call these referrals if you are a Sandia intern or if you have accepted an offer to become a Sandia intern.
