CFRFS Collaborations

We have ongoing collaborations with the following projects/groups:

"Center for Technology for Advanced Scientific Component Software ", led by D. Bernholdt of Oak Ridge National Laboratory. This SciDAC project helps us with the implementation of components and the definition of their interfaces.
"Terascale Optimal PDE Solvers (TOPS)", led by D. Keyes of Columbia University. We use SUNDIALS (CVODE) for adaptive implicit time-integration (for chemical systems) and HYPRE (for the pressure solve).
"The Applied Software Systems Laboratory" Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, for the GrACE adaptive mesh software.
