Titles are due by May 20, 2008 and abstracts are due one week later on May 27. This allows time for reformatting, printing, and binding before the conference begins. Please email your submission to LeRoy Whinnery in Microsoft Word format.
Titles and abstracts must be unclassified. Of course, early submissions are encouraged. We are planning to provide an unlimited release book of abstracts to each participant upon check-in.
Unclassified presentations will be held in building 915, room W133. For classified presentations, a room has also been reserved in the classified area on Wednesday, June 18, if needed.
Speakers may bring their slides on CD, DVD, or USB drives, or they can be emailed to LeRoy Whinnery in advance. Please keep in mind that AWE visitors and other foreign nationals are welcome at this conference; if your presentation includes export controlled information, please notify LeRoy.
We plan to use a Windows laptop computer to run the presentations. To avoid delays, speakers should load their presentations on the provided computer during the morning coffee break or during the lunch break. Also, in the name of expediency, we ask that presenters try to use the provided computer rather than switching out computers.
The typical presentation time is 20 minutes, including questions. If you would like more time, please indicate the amount of time needed when submitting your title.
